We would like to thank Daniel from RESAVA, for your gracious, positive and service minded way of being. We have from the first written contact until our departure experience that you have followed up on agreements and provided us with a quick and comprehensive response and information. It should also be mentioned that you had made sure that there was a small starter pack of food and drink for us upon arrival - really nice after a long journey! Transport to and from the airport had also been arranged and paid - this also worked really well! We have been very excited about this apartment - especially the rooftop terrace and the view from here. The apartment has lived up to our expectations and we enjoyed our stay very much. My husband and I spent a very relaxing time in The Park Surin in June 2015. The property was very clean and spacious allowing lots of room for my 14 month son to roam about. The balcony space was fantastic with a beautiful view over Surin and Bang Tao area. We especially enjoyed the sun loungers. The staff at The Park Surin were very accommodating and helpful and contributed to a most enjoyable stay.

Daniel from RESAVA was a great Host so friendly, he showed us around and even stocked the fridge with some goodies. The penthouse was amazing and the area is great just a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pools although the roof top pool isn't too kid friendly so need to keep a close eye out, but there are 2 big ground floor pools that are great for the kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

A fabulous stay! We stayed in this hotel with mi wife last month and all i can say is that i will definitely come back again! We booked a Junior Suite which was facing the swimming pool, the room is quite large with a balcony and also a well equipped kitchen. We had daily breakfast in an other building opposite, the breakfast was amazing, large variety of thai and international dishes, really 5 starts hotel's breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they organized for us all our excursions during the stay. The beach was at 5 min walking from the property but we could also use a free shuttle service every hours to bring us around and closer to the beach. Next time we will be back with our kids as the staff showed us a 2 bedrooms apartment which looks very convenient for our family, see you next year Allamanda!

We chose Baan Yamu Pool Villas in a secluded area of Phuket. High quality accommodation and really good value for money! I initially booked 3 nights but I decided to prolong it to a 1 week stay once we arrived and checked-in. The villa was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen which we used a lot to prepare our own meals and refreshing drinks. The nearby beach is not optimal for swimming, but the reception helped us to book a long tail boat to nearby island where we went for a full day. Otherwise we spent lazy days by the pool, offering the privacy and the relaxation we were looking for. In-house restaurant was good and you also have “Breeze” Restaurant within walking distance having a very nice atmosphere. Shopping center and Surin Beach is only a 10-15 min taxi ride away. Friendly and service minded staff everywhere, hope to be back again!

The Park Surin is about views and location. Relax peacefully on the balcony overlooking Bangtao beach or walk 8 minutes to the sophisticated beauty of Surin Beach. It is all right there. The booking procedure with RESAVA was great and hassle-free. Quick replies and support having them taking care of everything. From the transfer, to check-in and to guest services and arrangement of excursions while at The Park Surin, everything works smoothly and seamlessly. Strongly recommended.

Nice two bedroom flat on the third floor with large terrace overlooking the mountains with a bit of sea view. Very bright, nice furnishing, a few minutes walk to Surin beach or Bang Tao beach and some very nice beach restaurants. Definitely recommend it for couples or families who want to have the convenience of a kitchen and living room, with everything that you need within walking distance, with no need for a rental car. The reception staff from RESAVA was excellent, and they went out of their way to help out with a friendly smile, and good English - we will be back. Mark & Jane, February 2015

"Baan Yamu is a favorite place for us to visit. Situated in a much calmer area than the busy west coast, it is the perfect place for us and our family and friends. The choice between a villa with it´s own pool in a lush garden or an elegant apartment with a stunning view, give different tastes big value for the money. Well kept surroundings, a big pool with Olympic proportions, friendly staff in the comfortable bar and the little restaurant make the stay a most pleasant one. We also enjoy the short walk to the wonderful restaurant Breeze on top of the peninsula and enjoy visiting the luxury hotel Point Como that offers fantastic spa facilities and a view not like anything in Phuket. Relaxing or working away-from-home - perfect. Baan Yamu is truly a secret paradise."

Our family of five enjoyed our week stay in a very spacious three bedroom/bathroom apartment. We found that the room was clean, modern and had everything that we needed. The location is very quiet and within easy walking distance to Surin and Bangtao which have a good range of eateries. Breakfasts included was Ok, but it would be nice to have some more variety. We also enjoyed lounging on our large balcony with lovely views out towards Bangtao beach and beyond. Our room was cleaned every second day to a very high standard. Overall great value for traveling families if you are happy to self accommodate. June 2015

My wife and i stayed at The Park Surin in a nice 2 bedroom penthouse, with a private spacious rooftop. We arrived late at night, and the friendly RESAVA staff was there to great us. They quickly checked us in, and helped us with our bags to the apartment, which was located on the 5th floor, with a lift available. They showed us how the lighting and air-conditioning worked, and one nice detail among many was that the air-con in the master bedroom was already on, making for a comfortable cool room right away. Having traveled from Sweden, we where looking to have a shower, a drink, and then head for bed, ready for our first day. We had bought some duty free, and it was nice to see that ice cubes was available in the freezer. We slept well, and the area around The Park Surin is very quiet, which was nice. The next day we checked out the apartment, which was nice and fresh, almost looking like it was brand new. The spacious terrace also offered great views over Bang Tao beach and the mountains, as well as over the pool area. The Wi-Fi was fast, and we later found out that it was also available in the breakfast area, as well as around the pool. We asked the RESAVA staff to recommend us a place to have our first lunch, and they said 'Catch', which was excellent. It was only a 10 minute walk down to Surin beach, which was a very nice beach, with plenty of choices to eat and drink. Overall, our stay was great, and we will be back. May 2015

We loved the location of The Park Surin. The contrast of looking over a quiet valley with partial sea views and then having beautiful Surin beach just a short walk away. We had 5 adults in a 3BR apartment and very comfortable. yes like every one says the bathroom showers filling up is a minor annoyance, we just kept the drains clear and it helped. Rooms very very clean and serviced every 3 days. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and after two weeks some variety would be good. The reception staff from RESAVA was excellent, and they helped us in any way they could. We hired a couple of scooters from across the road to head to Bangtao (it could be walked) and also Surin (easy walk). We also loved Green Spa across the road for beauty treatments.
