Booking Payment Policy
PLEASE READ OUR BOOKING POLICY CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING AND REGISTERING ON OUR WEBSITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH RESAVA’S BOOKING POLICY.
Payment Schedule
Your booking confirmation number confirms your booking with Resava. This booking is guaranteed by your credit card number:
* 25% of the booking fee will be taken as deposit to guarantee the booking (24 hours after the booking has been made) by the credit card information you have submitted unless it is specified otherwise.
* the remaining 75% booking fee is due six (6) weeks prior to arrival.
Credit card use
Each booking must be guarantee by a valid credit card. The card details stay in hold with us and are used to secure the booking unless it is specified the guest would like to secure the booking differently. (ex: bank transfer).
The card details are also used in case of no show and late cancellation.
Cancellation, Changes and Refund policy
Please note no cancellation fee applies if you cancel your booking within 24 hours after the booking has been made. 25% of the booking will be charged after 24 hours up to six (6) weeks prior to arrival. The entire booking fee will be charged if you cancel less than six (6) weeks in advance. Should you wish to make changes to your booking, you can do so up to eight (8) weeks prior to your arrival free of charge. After eight (8) weeks a fee of 2000 THB will be charged.
Once payment has been made, your stay with us is non-refundable and your booking cannot be cancelled.
Please note that no refund will be given if you do not arrive (no-show) at the hotel. Stays that are cut short are also non-refundable.
Cancellation or changes can be done via your online guest management account by clicking on the link “my account” found on the website. Alternatively, send an email to reservation@resavaholidays.com or telephone +66(0)7632 31 28 to cancel.
In case of no show, or departure prior to the scheduled one, Resava has the authority to charge the credit card provided with the full amount of the cost of the reservation.
Additional Products and Services
Additional products and services can be cancelled until the day of arrival and are not charged until check-in. Please note that certain products and services are reserved and guaranteed at the time of booking. Please review the terms and conditions for each item during booking as certain items may be non-refundable.
Payments and Balances
You agree to pay for all and any of your outstanding payments/ bookings/ balances for products or services purchased or confirmed via the site. You agree that Resava may charge your credit card as listed in your booking for any outstanding balances, and for any additional amounts.
If you would like to pay for any outstanding payments/bookings/balances with another credit card than the one used for the guarantee, or by any other means please inform Resava about any such changes via the “special request text box” or on the day of arrival during the check-in for the outstanding sums.
Resava Resorts reserves the right to change prices and availability of products and services. Prices and availability of any products are subject to change at any time. Prices and rental property availability are not guaranteed until the 25% deposit has been received.
Personal Details
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete required information during the sign-up and booking processes.
You agree that Resava Resorts may store and use the registration data you provide (including payment card account information) for use in maintaining your accounts and billing fees to your payment card account.
You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account, and you agree to immediately notify a member of the Resava team of any
unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Resava Resorts shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account.
Property Use-Damages and Removal of Resava Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to Resava’s property.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without Resava’s consent. The charge will be the full replacement value of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests-customer credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Electronic Signatures and Contract
Your use of the Resava website includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make purchases electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and purchases. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter into on this site, including notices of cancellation, policies, contracts, and applications.
The confirmation number above is your proof of this booking. Please note you may cancel this booking any time, but the following rules apply: 25% of the booking fee will be taken as a deposit 24h after booking. The other 75% of your booking fee will be due six (6) weeks prior to arrival. Any booking fee passed its due date is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Changes to bookings may be made free of charge up until eight weeks prior to arrival, after which a fee of 2000 THB will be applied to any change. If you have any questions, please contact us.
